By accessing and using the WIFICOIN decentralized WiFi sharing network and related services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WIFICOIN INC.

WIFICOIN operates a decentralized WiFi sharing network that enables users to:

• Share their WiFi hotspots with other network participants
• Connect to shared WiFi hotspots provided by other users
• Earn WIFICOIN (WFC) tokens by sharing their internet connection
• Pay for internet access using WFC tokens
• Participate in a blockchain-based micropayment system

3.1 WiFi Sharers

• Must own or have explicit permission to share the WiFi connection
• Are responsible for maintaining adequate security measures
• Must comply with their ISP's terms of service
• Must ensure their internet plan allows for sharing
• Are liable for any illegal activities conducted through their shared connection

3.2 WiFi Consumers

• Must use shared connections legally and responsibly
• Are prohibited from conducting illegal activities
• Must respect bandwidth limitations set by sharers
• Are responsible for maintaining wallet security and private keys

All payments within the WIFICOIN network are conducted using WFC tokens on the blockchain:

• Payments are processed automatically via smart contracts
• All transactions are final and non-refundable
• Users are responsible for gas fees and transaction costs
• WFC token values may fluctuate based on market conditions
• WIFICOIN INC. does not guarantee token value stability

WIFICOIN is committed to protecting user privacy:

• We implement zero-knowledge proofs for usage verification
• Personal data is minimized and anonymized where possible
• Users maintain control over their decentralized identities
• All data handling complies with GDPR regulations
• Blockchain transactions are publicly visible but pseudonymous

• ISP-related restrictions or service interruptions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in illegal activities including piracy, hacking, or fraud
• Attempting to circumvent network security measures
• Spam, phishing, or distributing malware
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Market manipulation of WFC tokens
• Creating fake accounts or identities
• Interfering with network operations

WIFICOIN operates in compliance with French and European regulations:

• Registered under French telecommunications regulations
• Compliant with GDPR and privacy regulations
• Adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
• Follows cryptocurrency regulations where applicable
• Maintains proper business licensing and registration

WIFICOIN INC. reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Update these terms and conditions as needed
• Implement new features or remove existing ones
• Adjust pricing structures and payment mechanisms
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:

• Initial good-faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation by a qualified third party if negotiation fails
• Final resolution through French courts if mediation is unsuccessful
• All proceedings conducted under French law
